Refund Policy

Cancellations made within the first 7 days of the subscription start date may be eligible for a refund of the prorated amount for undelivered meals with deduction of delivered meals as of original price (without discount) and cancelation charges of $20 plus tax, provided the subscription was not purchased under a promotional offer with a discount exceeding 10%. Refund process takes 2-3 business weeks.

1. Subscriptions purchased during promotional offers or with discounts of more than 10% are not eligible for refunds. This includes any special pricing or promotional codes used at the time of purchase.

Please note that purchases made for these trial periods are final and not eligible for refunds, regardless of the usage or satisfaction level.
